Being in real estate I found there was a serious need for a service not available anywhere in the St. Louis area. I heard other realtors and friends “needing to find someone to mow their lawn” or “they were worried about their sump pump running properly after one of our crazy St. Louis storms”! That is where we came in!

After being aware of the home watch business in Florida, the suggestion was brought to my attention of offering it in St. Louis. We then created STL Home Watch Services and are now filling the need of the snowbirds, realtors with vacant homes and just peace of mind for vacationers.

A little about ourselves…Joy is a St. Louis native and John originally resided in Illinois. We have lived in the St. Louis area for over 30 years and have raised two children.
