Being in real estate, I found there was a serious need for a service not available anywhere in the St. Louis area. I heard other realtors and friends “needing to find someone to mow their lawn” or “they were worried about their sump pump running properly after one of our crazy St. Louis storms”! That is where we came in!

After being aware of the home watch business in Florida, the suggestion was made to offer it in St. Louis. We then created STL Home Watch Services and are now filling the need of the snowbirds, realtors with vacant homes, and just peace of mind for vacationers.

STL Home Watch Services is a locally owned, accredited home watch company serving St. Louis and the surrounding areas.
