During our 5 months away, there were several potential issues, which Joy quickly communicated to us and took responsibility to resolve the issues. The inspection reports are very detailed, and included photos, if necessary. Plus, she is a very nice person,, offering to help my mother during the stay-at-home orders. We plan on leaving the country again for 5 months in January 2021 and will definitely use STL Home Watch again!
